For over 50 years, Oklahomans have enjoyed the truly magnificent Grand Lake of the Cherokees created by the construction of the Pensacola Dam. Grand Lake has over 1,300 miles of shoreline and is known for it's astounding natural beauty, fishing, boating, watersports and golfing. Many special events are sponsored during the year by the Grand Lake Association and Grand Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.
